He has a long criminal history involving violence against women and many other forms of violent crime. He was on the top of Weld County's most wanted list while on the run. Some of his more recent arrests and convictions are for kidnaping and felony assault by strangulation of a pregnant women.

He was recently detained by police and accused of raping a bride on her wedding day. Mr. Morrison has spent his adult years in and out of prison and is demonstrating a clear pattern of escalating violence.
